Under the leadership of the Director, this role will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies in Japan. You will be responsible for brand image development, PR, promotions, and omni-channel initiatives, collaborating closely with local and global teams to drive market share and long-term profitability.
業務内容
Develop and define 3-5 year marketing strategies for the UGG brand in Japan to expand market share
Oversee and monitor PR, advertising, events, and digital marketing activities to enhance brand positioning
Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure full alignment on seasonal strategies and execution plans
Partner with the Japan Omni-Channel team to maximize the impact of marketing investments across all channels
Lead VMD strategies and execution to deliver a consistent brand story and exceptional customer experience
Recruit, motivate, and manage a high-performing cross-functional marketing team
応募資格
Over 10 years of marketing experience within the apparel or footwear industries
Strong expertise in PR and digital marketing with an established media network in Japan
Proven experience working effectively across geographical boundaries in complex global organizations
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in both English and Japanese
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of team management and talent development
University graduate in marketing, business, or a related field
