Senior fp&a

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making
• Drive mid-term (5-year) financial planning aligned with company goals
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual planning
• Prepare and present financial reports in English to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting and goal alignment
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial analysis and reporting

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A
• Basic knowledge of IFRS accounting
• At least 3 years of experience managing closing processes (monthly, quarterly, annual)

Experience in making presentations in English about financial performance is a plus
