仕事内容:

Lead exciting IAM projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Shape the future of Zero Trust security! You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge identity and access management (IAM) solutions within a Zero Trust architecture. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, leading projects from initial proposal to successful deployment and ongoing operation.

業務内容:

  • Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions for large enterprise clients
  • Develop and maintain IDaaS (Entra ID, Okta, etc.) and AD/LDAP infrastructure
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
  • Contribute to the overall security architecture and strategy

応募資格:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in identity management and integration
  • Experience leading or administrating AD and LDAP design and implementation
  • Experience leading or administrating IDaaS (Entra ID, Okta, or similar) design and implementation
  • Proven experience in system security design and implementation
  • Experience in project management, including schedule creation, WBS, risk, and issue management
  • Business-level Japanese (N1) and English language proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus
  • Relevant security certifications are a plus
