You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, leading projects from initial proposal to successful deployment and ongoing operation.

Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions for large enterprise clients
Develop and maintain IDaaS (Entra ID, Okta, etc.) and AD/LDAP infrastructure
Manage project timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring successful project delivery
Collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
Contribute to the overall security architecture and strategy
応募資格:
Minimum 5 years of experience in identity management and integration
Experience leading or administrating AD and LDAP design and implementation
Experience leading or administrating IDaaS (Entra ID, Okta, or similar) design and implementation
Proven experience in system security design and implementation
Experience in project management, including schedule creation, WBS, risk, and issue management
Business-level Japanese (N1) and English language proficiency
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus
