As a Project Support role within the Global Architecture team, you will support the design processes under the corporate IT division. You will manage progress, report on activities, and ensure information flow between project members and other stakeholders, working collaboratively across different countries and time zones.

Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Identify and remove impediments hindering delivery, manage dependencies, and report risks and issues as they arise to drive continuous improvement
Track and report on agile delivery metrics, KPIs/OKRs, analyzing trends to propose process enhancements and inform decision-making
Manage the Scrum board, collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to clarify requirements, support prioritization, and ensure alignment with business goals
Document key decisions, issues, and action items, ensuring clear ownership and follow-up, and support other team tasks like scheduling and documentation as needed
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across various global locations and time zones, potentially requiring work outside of standard business hours
応募資格:
3+ years of practical experience in supporting Scrum/Agile teams, project coordination, or project management support, including planning, execution management, and stakeholder coordination
Proven ability to facilitate core Scrum ceremonies and support agile delivery to enhance team flow, predictability, and collaboration
Demonstrated experience in identifying and removing impediments, managing dependencies, and escalating risks/issues with clear impact assessments and recommended actions
Experience coordinating cross-departmental stakeholders, consolidating and prioritizing requirements, and resolving conflicting demands
Strong meeting facilitation skills with a track record of driving follow-up actions and decisions to completion
Practical experience with agile/project management tools (e.g., Jira) for backlog management, board operation, sprint management, and reliable reporting
Ability to manage and report on agile delivery performance metrics and KPI/OKR progress, with practical knowledge of agile flow/quality metrics
Proficient documentation and communication skills, including creating executive summaries, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
