You will guide and mentor development teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and remove impediments to ensure seamless project execution. You'll foster a collaborative environment, improve team dynamics, and champion agile principles to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

業務内容

  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
  • Guide and coach development teams in Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Identify and remove impediments to progress, ensuring smooth project execution
  • Track and report on project progress and performance metrics
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Continuously improve team processes and efficiency

応募資格

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in an agile leadership role (Scrum Master/PM)
  • Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies with a focus on maximizing value (e.g., MVP)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a culturally diverse team
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
  • Valid permission to work in Japan

  • Hands-on experience as a software engineer is a plus
  • Experience building new processes or project teams from scratch is a plus

  • Ability to manage and report on agile delivery performance metrics and KPI/OKR progress, with practical knowledge of agile flow/quality metrics
  • Proficient documentation and communication skills, including creating executive summaries, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
  • Experience with documentation/collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Office 365, Teams, Zoom)

  • Manage the Scrum board, collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineers to clarify requirements, support prioritization, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Document key decisions, issues, and action items, ensuring clear ownership and follow-up, and support other team tasks like scheduling and documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across various global locations and time zones, potentially requiring work outside of standard business hours
