Lead the optimization of front and back-office store operations to enhance efficiency and the premium client experience. This role oversees IT system compliance, inventory management, and cross-functional projects while serving as the strategic liaison between store teams and Global HQ to drive financial and operational KPIs.

Streamline daily front and back-office operations to reduce administrative burdens for store managers
Ensure full compliance with local legal regulations and retail IT systems including CEGID and tax-free
Oversee end-to-end inventory management including bi-annual counts and movement within the POS system
Develop and maintain comprehensive retail guidelines, operation manuals, and sales integration scenarios
Lead cross-functional coordination with IT, internal control, finance, and e-commerce for project success
Perform detailed financial analysis of operational expenses while implementing effective staff incentive plans
応募資格
6+ years of experience in retail project management, with ideally a store experience of minimum 2 years
Project management, time management, organizational and analytical communication skills
Agility in using retail IT systems, in particular proficiency in CEGID
Strong customer focus, able to adapt communication to different levels of business partners in retail network (regional managers, store managers, stock specialists, client care managers etc…)
Ability to develop training content and train non expert users on IT systems
Implement a collaborative approach to project work whilst still able to work autonomously on multiple projects at any one time
