As a Procurement Field Representative, you will work at the closest interface between Boeing and its manufacturing suppliers in Japan. This role is responsible for supporting supplier performance across delivery, supply stability, and quality, while ensuring that Safety and Quality are always the foundation of decision-making. You will engage directly with supplier production sites and collaborate closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering. This position offers hands-on ownership—from early issue identification through resolution—allowing you to make a tangible impact on Boeing programs and customers.

Monitor supplier production, procurement, and delivery performance, identifying risks and issues early
Work directly with suppliers to address delivery commitments, capacity constraints, and prioritization challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and propose practical, data-driven solutions
Ensure corrective actions prioritize Safety, Quality, and long-term sustainability
Support supplier improvement initiatives, including Production Recovery and Corrective Action plans
Prepare clear status updates, analyses, and reports for stakeholders in Japan and globally
Build trusted, transparent relationships with supplier partners and internal teams
応募資格:
3+ years of experience in manufacturing-related roles (procurement, supply chain, production control, quality, or similar)
Business-level English proficiency for meetings, emails, and reporting
Strong Japanese communication skills for effective engagement with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership while aligning with team and organizational priorities
Proven problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills
Willingness to work based in Kakamigahara or Yatomi and travel as required
