Define and build a strong PR strategy to elevate brand awareness and brand image for the company (skincare & make up). Develop high quality contact with press / KOLs who match with brand image. Work effectively with other dept (marketing/retail/training) + HQ PR for perfect and smooth executions. Plan strong PR strategy and execute it in high quality manner to obtain more awareness + reach. Plan and execute PR / KOL event. Check result after every execution and reflect the improvement to the strategy immediately. Develop strong connections with press / KOLs. Build strong knowledge of PR trends + competitors’ actions and develop required reporting. Work closely with local + HQ PR members to maximize synergy.

応募資格:
University graduate
Minimum 3 years experience in either brand PR division or PR agency
Strong knowledge of PR / KOL is a must
Cosmetics/luxury industry background preferred
Fluent Japanese and business level English communication skills
