Operator, Sterile Production, Osaka Plant

• Manufacturing of pharmaceutical injectable products
• Related incidental tasks
• Aseptic manufacturing of sterile bulk (powder before syringe filling) using isolators
• Water for injection production, steam sterilization, isolator decontamination, filter sterilization, freeze-drying, environmental monitoring and process control
• Cleaning, sterilization, and drying of filling equipment
• Weighing and sterilization of materials
• Preparation and filling of drug solutions
• Syringe filling (syringes, vials) and product assembly inspection
• Environmental monitoring and process management

• High school diploma or higher (vocational school/college or university degree preferred)
• Basic PC operation skills (e.g., Word, Excel) are mandatory
• Experience in manufacturing operations is not required (no experience acceptable)
• Experience in manufacturing processes, particularly injectable drug manufacturing or aseptic processes, is welcome
• Must be able to work with responsibility
• No resistance to operating manufacturing equipment
• Willing to learn new things proactively and independently
• Good teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to handle standing work in a clean room, wearing equipment, and continuous work for certain periods

Experience in injectable drug manufacturing or aseptic processes
