仕事内容:

OA Operator long-term position (3 months or more). Work hours: 9:00-17:45 (7 hours 45 minutes actual work, 60 minutes break). Overtime: Approximately 10-30 hours per month. Nearest station: Saitama New Urban Transit / Kamomiya Station (5 min walk). Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays (Basic Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off, possibility of working on Saturdays and Sundays only at the beginning of the month).

業務内容:

Data aggregation and processing: Transfer CSV data to Excel and aggregate using pivot tables and functions
Deficiency confirmation and contact: Check payment applications for deficiencies and contact relevant parties
Construction and operation: Understand specifications of complex existing forms and create accurate data

応募資格:

Excel: data processing and aggregation (including creating and editing pivot tables)
Word: business document creation

After getting used to the job, commuting to the office is OK only 1-2 days per week
