業務内容:
Lead the pre-season buying process and OTB planning for the region
Curate the product selection and offer for the Japanese market
Manage size breakdowns and product allocation, optimizing inventory
Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team on product displays
Prepare product training materials and share retail feedback with central teams
Manage master data and product composition information
応募資格:
Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in the retail industry
luxury brand experience preferred
Business-level Japanese and fluent English language skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
