Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans for product launches and brand campaigns
Create engaging content (sales materials, online articles, events, etc.)
Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing communication campaigns
Enhance online presence through collaboration with the digital communication team
Ensure strategic consistency through collaboration with global teams

Develop action plan(POA) for customer facing colleagues
Design and evaluate KPIs, manage the cycle of plan revisions based on results
Conduct market analysis (sales data, facilities, customer insights, market research data)
Build collaborative relationships and gather insights from KOLs/customers
Plan, create, manage, and measure the effectiveness of events and materials (including digital)
Manage projects with internal and external stakeholders
Forecast revenue and demand supply (short, medium, and long term)
Manage budget and expenses of marketing
