3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing experience is required, and the experience in vaccine field is preferred
Fluent communication in Japanese and English in both writing and speaking
Analytic and strategic thinking and ability to articulate business direction and priorities
Strong leadership, project management, and coordination skills across large groups of cross-functional teams. Matrix team management experience is preferred
Actively contribute to creating and implementing innovative ideas, as well as to fostering culture of collaboration and teamwork
Understand analytic tools/methods, demonstrate the ability to collect customer insights, and translate them to implications which lead to the robust brand strategy
Strong presentation skills in both English and Japanese
