• Financial due diligence related to M&A deals
• Financial analysis
• Support for preparation of carve-out financial statements

• Experience in due diligence, financial analysis, and modeling (approx. 3 years or more)
• Experience in audit and accounting practice (approx. 3 years or more)
• Experience in accounting and management accounting at a business company (approx. 3 years or more)
• Those with similar industry experience to the above are also welcomed (approx. 3 years or more)
• Accounting qualifications and basic knowledge
• Knowledge and experience regarding business consulting, financial analysis, and modeling
• Client relationship skills and proposal ability

CPA or USCPA (Junior CPA is also acceptable) is preferred
