業務内容:

Lead and oversee digital transformation projects
People Manager role
Exceptional career growth potential

応募資格:

10+ years in system design, development, operations, or maintenance
5+ years of experience in Agile development, preferably with the SAFe framework
Proficiency in building digital solutions on Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Strong understanding of Java/JavaScript and relevant web technologies (Spring Boot, React, relational databases)
Native or advanced Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
Advanced business English, or above

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences effectively
