仕事内容:

オーデマピゲのITスペシャリストは、日本および韓国におけるITサポートの窓口として、IT環境の運用最適化、インシデント対応、プロジェクト支援、サイバーセキュリティ強化を担います。地域ITチームやグローバルIT部門と連携し、オフィス・ブティックのITインフラを安定的に運用することをミッションとします。

業務内容:

エンドユーザーおよびインフラ関連のインシデント・リクエスト対応
オフィス・ブティックにおけるオンサイトおよびリモートサポート
ITサービスの監視
デバイス管理
IT関連の契約書類管理
ブティックオープンやオフィス移転、システム導入などのIT関連プロジェクトへの参加
グローバルIT部門およびローカルIT部門との連携
ローカルベンダーやサービスプロバイダーとの協業
セキュリティ啓発・トレーニングの企画・実施
コンプライアンス対応
インシデント対応
日常的なセキュリティ対策
ITサービスの評価と改善提案
グローバルIT部門からの臨時サポート依頼への対応
ITプロセスやポリシーへのフィードバック

応募資格:

ITサポートの実務経験（ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワークのトラブルシューティング）
インシデントおよびリクエスト管理の経験
複数拠点におけるオンサイトおよびリモートITサポートの提供能力
ITプロジェクトのサポート経験（システム導入、オフィス移転、インフラアップグレードなど）
サイバーセキュリティの基本知識およびコンプライアンス対応経験
社内チームおよび外部ベンダーとの強力な協働スキルIT管理業務（ユーザー・デバイス管理、調達、在庫管理）
日本語・英語での高いコミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件:

グローバル企業でのITサポート経験
ITIL認定資格
サイバーセキュリティ関連資格（例：CompTIA Security+）
韓国語でのコミュニケーション能力
