IT Roadmap PMO (Cost Management)

• Budgeting and forecasting of project for the Wealth Management IT
• Confirm the project approval statuses and tracking of the purchase request and purchase order
• Verify the project financial KPIs and the cost allocation methodology
• Prepare any reports for global and Japan local Finance dept
• Support the preparation of financial reports for senior management in the IT dept
• Collaborate with business managers from other IT Business Units to maintain governance in finance area
• Tracking and reporting of resource planning
• Additional support tasks as a program PMO
