Lead critical IT infrastructure projects and operations for a world-renowned luxury retail group, ensuring seamless technology support across hundreds of locations. The technology team partners closely with business leaders to deliver reliable, scalable, and modern IT solutions across offices and retail stores nationwide.

業務内容:

Lead critical IT infrastructure projects and operations for a world-renowned luxury retail group, ensuring seamless technology support across hundreds of locations
Lead local infrastructure projects, coordinate global technology rollouts, and ensure the stability and performance of networks and systems supporting retail operations
Support regional and global infrastructure initiatives and manage local IT vendors
Lead infrastructure and technical projects from planning through implementation and completion
Manage and coordinate local IT vendors, ensuring service quality and delivery standards
Support regional and global infrastructure initiatives such as network upgrades and technology migrations
Act as the local infrastructure subject matter expert, providing Level-2 technical support
Collaborate with global technology teams to continuously improve infrastructure stability

応募資格:

Japanese: Fluent level
English: Business level (daily communication with international teams)
5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, including supporting and maintaining networks
Proven experience in network/infrastructure management, preferably in the Retail Fashion industry
Interest in cybersecurity concepts and their implementation
Good understanding of infrastructure architecture, network equipment and monitoring processes
Project management experience

応募資格

5年以上のIT技術職経（システム構築、保守や運用管理など）がある
大規模、中規模のプロジェクトリーダーの経験、もしくは保守、運用チームでの管理者経験
プロジェクトマネジメント領域の知識と実務経験
発生する問題の解決に向けてチームおよび協力会社と、主体的に計画/調整/実行を行うことができる
保守運用チームや顧客報告で利用されるドキュメントの作成、顧客説明ができる
Server, Network, Storage, OS,などインフラの基礎知識と対応経験
Linux、VMware、Database等の基礎知識と対応経験
OpenShift, GitHubおよびOSS製品の基礎知識と対応経験、もしくは今後これらのテクニカルスキルをトレーニングと実務を通じて身に付けられる素養を持っている

業務内容

金融関連顧客の特別保守・運用チーム内の責任者として、チームの統括管理、チームメンバーの管理、顧客調整を行い、デリバリの品質、体制に責任を持ち、お客様のITサービスの安定をリードする
運用保守チームのデリバリの品質、体制に責任を持ち、お客様のITサービスの安定をリードする
顧客とのコミュニケーションの窓口となり、運用保守チームの活動内容を調整し確実な対応ができるようにコントロールする
重要・緊急対応発生時に、エスカレーションマネージメントとして、対応内容の取りまとめ、およびお客様対応を行う
システムの導入・構築に際し、運用観点で支援することをサービス範囲とし、IT環境全般の継続的な全体最適化に貢献する
トラステッドアドバイザーとして、効果的な顧客との関係の構築と維持をし、顧客の満足を継続する。また顧客との継続的なリレーションを構築し、顧客およびHPEのビジネスに貢献する
