Ability to work in one of the following bilingual combinations: Vietnamese (native level) + Japanese (N2 equivalent or above)
Japanese (native level) + English (TOEIC 700 equivalent or above)
Logical and situation-appropriate communication skills

業務内容

Specification management: Discuss/propose/formulate specifications with the client and team
Create and operate specifications in Japanese or English
Stakeholder management: Build good relationships so that clients and teams can work together towards the common goal of 'creating a good product'
Adjust schedules and resources so that client decision-making and team development can proceed smoothly

Work closely with users and the project team to gather requirements, design robust data solutions, and guide the implementation process
Collaborate with users and the project team on requirements and expectations
Analyze business requirements and create data solutions that meet functional and non-functional needs
Analyze existing systems to trace original source data based on business requirements
Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies and build data flows
Guide System Analysts, Engineers, Programmers, and others on project limitations, capabilities, performance, and interfaces
Discover metadata of source databases, including value patterns, key candidates, and functional dependencies
Design logical and physical data models
Create design documents, including Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
