Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and CRM solutions
Lead end-to-end CRM implementation and enhancement projects, including solution design, testing coordination, deployment support, and user adoption activities
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and external vendors to deliver digital transformation initiatives
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user support to improve system adoption, operational efficiency, and customer experience
Manage project timelines, risks, priorities, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives
Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across CRM and customer engagement workflows
Support data governance, reporting, and analytics initiatives to improve business visibility and decision-making
応募資格
5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, CRM business analysis, or digital transformation roles
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Experience gathering business requirements, leading UAT/SIT activities, and coordinating with technical and business stakeholders
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, with experience supporting multinational or enterprise-level environments
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, client-facing, or cross-functional environments
