All aspects of talent development (education planning, lecturer appearances, project management)
All aspects of HR system planning (planning and formulation of HR systems, revision of work rules, negotiations with labor unions, support for revising HR systems at affiliated companies, working hours management, etc.)
All aspects of personnel management (planning/adjustment of organizational design/restructuring, personnel placement/employment management, planning/operation of personnel evaluation/promotion systems, management of dispatched/contracted employees, etc.)
All aspects of DE&I

Must have experience in a large company (approx. 1000+ employees) in one of the following areas: Basic knowledge of talent development
Basic knowledge of recruitment
Practical experience in HR system design/operation and basic knowledge of organization/personnel placement and transfer management
Basic knowledge of labor law, compensation systems, and evaluation systems
Basic knowledge of diversity initiatives and efforts
