Job ID: 345525. IKEA operates stores using 100% renewable energy. Through sustainable facility management (FM), you will work on environmentally friendly and more efficient store operations. Team consists of 1 Facility Management Manager and 2 Facility Management Specialists. Working hours: basic shift 8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00, with variations including 13:00-22:00. Saturday work required. Night shift approximately once a month. Employment type: full-time regular employee, 40 hours per week. Probation period: 6 months. Start date: 1st of each month. Retirement system exists (age 65). Annual holidays: 127 days or more. Paid leave: 6 months after joining (up to 20 days), consecutive leave of 2 weeks or more possible.

Optimize efficiency of each operation sustainably

Manage relationships with business owners within the store
Sustainable energy management such as store air conditioning and lighting
KPI-based management tasks
Sustainable cost planning
Asset management tasks
Report creation

応募資格

Business level Japanese communication
Computer and tablet work capability
Weekend, holiday, and peak season availability
Over 3 years of practical experience in property/facility management
Project management experience
Experience in sustainability and environmental initiatives from a facility management perspective
Facility management related certifications (e.g., First/Second Class Electrician, Certified Facility Manager)
Daily conversational level English communication
