Human Resources • Employee Engagement o Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives o Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and recommend improvement actions o Manage employee relations and support a healthy organizational culture • Talent Management o Operate performance management processes o Lead quality performance review, promotion nomination, calibration with Japan GM o Facilitate talent review, development planning, and succession discussions o Co-lead employee relations with people manager • Talent Acquisition o Develop and execute hiring plans o Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, agency communication, and offer coordination o Lead onboarding processes for new hires • Learning & Development o Identify development needs and implement appropriate training programso Coordinate internal and external training initiatives • Employee Health & Wellness o Manage labor risk and employee well-being initiatives o Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements o Support mental and physical health initiatives o Conduct stress check, analyze the results, and organize workshop. • Compensation, Rewards & Benefits o Manage payroll process o Manage compensation and benefits programs in line with local regulations and global policies o Coordinate annual salary review and bonus processes o Administer benefits programs and manage vendors • HR Operations o Manage HR operations such as attendance, leave, social insurance, and labor compliance o Administer HR policies and internal regulations o Coordinate with global HR teams and prepare reports as required General Administration • Oversee office management and vendor coordination • Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment • Support day-to-day administrative operations Legal Coordination • Act as the point of contact with external legal counsel for all legal related matter • Liaise with Sun Pharma global/local legal team on legal topics as required
