応募資格

Progressive finance leadership experience, with focus on FP&A and Business Partnering leadership role
Experience in a B2C, e-commerce, or consumer goods environment. You instinctively understand consumer unit economics and revenue modeling
Native/Fluent Japanese and Business level English. You possess the rare ability to translate dense financial data into clear, compelling narratives for both local non-finance stakeholders and global board members
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. You can build complex, flexible models that accurately simulate business outcomes
Familiarity with Japanese corporate tax basics, J-GAAP, and local payment ecosystems and how they impact margins
Experience with modern finance stacks and data visualization tools
