仕事内容

当社の3つの法人における経理業務全般を統括する、高度なスキルと経験を持つ経理責任者を募集しています。財務報告、日本の法定コンプライアンス、内部統制、および経理プロセス最適化を担当していただきます。

業務内容

総勘定元帳、買掛金、売掛金、資金管理、固定資産、棚卸資産会計を含む経理機能全般を監督する
グループ報告のためのIFRS、および法定報告のための日本会計基準に従い、月次、四半期、年次決算プロセスを適時かつ正確に実行する
法定財務諸表の作成と提出を主導し、外部監査人、税理士、規制機関と連携する
外部の税務コンサルタントと連携し、現地の税務要件（消費税、法人税など）への準拠を確保する
監査プロセスの管理（スケジュール作成、資料準備を含む）
SAPシステムの最適化をサポートし、経理関連プロジェクトを主導する
現地の経営陣およびグループ財務の意思決定を支援するための財務分析と洞察を提供する
経理チームを監督・育成し、正確性、誠実性、継続的改善の文化を醸成する

応募資格

会計、財務、または関連分野の学士号以上
8～10年以上の経理実務経験 (多国籍企業での勤務経験があれば尚可)
IFRSと日本会計基準に関する深い知識と、企業環境での両基準適用実績
日本での財務監査および法定申告の経験
SAPに精通していること、優れたExcelスキル
英語と日本語が堪能であること
