仕事内容:

The Head, Commercial Excellence role involves leading commercial excellence initiatives, developing marketing and pricing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing departmental budgets to achieve company goals.

業務内容:

  • Work with commercial leadership and cross-functional colleagues to develop, communicate and facilitate important commercial business processes including the annual budget process, annual marketing plan management and 5 years business plan
  • lead trade affairs across each business unit and all company products, including Rx and OTC products
  • lead the development of ongoing Market Access and Pricing Strategies for the company
  • lead the development of Digital and NPP strategies to support commercial marketing strategies and tactical plans
  • participate with the senior management team in the development and achievement of short- and long-term company goals and objectives
  • lead the active and productive interface of the commercial team with other departments including Finance, Logistics, Medical, Regulatory, QA, and HR
  • lead the Business Intelligence group in the analysis of sales and marketing effort results and use the information to further define the marketing plans and sales initiatives
  • work closely with Sales Training to ensure the development of training models and curricula for the salesforce representatives and sales management
  • regularly review activities, costs, and operations of the commercial excellence group to ensure maximum efficiency
  • manage departmental budgets in a cost-effective manner, including but not limited to travel, training materials, consulting, bonus plans etc.
  • ensure performance management programs (performance reviews, development plans) are completed according to timelines with consistency and objectivity

応募資格:

  • 5 years plus of pharmaceutical industry experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, marketing or multichannel strategies
  • proficiency in computer skill
  • fluent in Japanese, business level in English
  • expert in driving systemic change and innovation across an organization
  • a proven track record of driving results through strong partnership with other functions and geographies
  • a track record of inspiring resistant individuals to become open to change, designing/providing effective tools as needed to lead these individuals through the change process
  • experience developing matrix, KPIs for programs and tactical initiatives and successfully executing these tactics
  • demonstrated ability to build cross-functional
  • experience in an international position
  • fluent in English
