Six plus years for M and Ten plus for SM of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
Financial analysis and business case development experience
Financial modeling and/or business case development
Practical experience with the full lifecycle of functional optimization
Demonstrated project experience within large transformation programs
Strong storyboarding skills
Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)
Ability to translate technology functionality into process improvements
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments
Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
