Generative Ai Forward Deployed Engineer

• Developing production-grade agentic workflows from rapid prototypes
• Architecting connections between AI products and live customer infrastructure
• Building high-performance evaluation and observability frameworks
• Converting field insights into reusable modules or feature requests
• Collaborating with customer engineering teams to instill best practices
• Solving complex integration, data readiness, and state-management issues

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building production-grade AI solutions using Python or TypeScript
• Experience in applied AI (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning)
• Experience architecting and deploying solutions on Cloud Platforms
• Fluent communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Master’s or PhD in AI/Computer Science is preferred
