仕事内容

You will responsible for leading all finance-related activities for the Japan legal entity, including financial accounting, taxation, and cash management. Reporting to the VP Finance in Asia, this role manages end-to-end financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.

  • Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations
  • Post SAP entries and accruals
  • Handle CIT and Consumption Tax filings
  • Oversee credit limits and releases
  • Supervise external part-time staff
  • Conduct asset counts and stock takes

応募資格

  • 5–10 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • US CPA (completed or in progress) preferred
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Strong computer skills
  • SAP experience highly preferred
  • Prior experience in trading business (import) required
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and strong team player

  • 日本におけるすべての会計業務を主導し、ローカル規制およびIFRSに準拠した正確かつタイムリーな財務報告を確実にする
  • 財務、税務、法定コンプライアンスを統括し、APAC/グローバルの税務・財務チームと密に連携する
  • 内部統制を管理し、監査指摘事項を解消し、当社ポリシーへの完全な準拠を徹底する
  • 月次決算業務を監督し、計画との差異を分析し、洞察に基づく財務コメントを提供する
  • 売掛金（AR）、買掛金（AP）、在庫をモニタリングし、財務プロセスを強化することでキャッシュフローを最適化する
  • 外部の会計・税務事務所と連携し、税務申告および移転価格文書（JP/EN）の期限内提出を確実にする
  • 設備投資提案（CARs）を評価し、企業基準および事業戦略との整合性を確保する
  • 当社の取締役会および株主総会を調整し、必要書類の準備を行う

  • You will prepare project financial plans for the project and ensure alignment with execution plans
  • You will ensure structure and maintenance of projects in the financial system in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Prepares financial status reports, including project costs, cashflows and full cost model
  • Together with the project manager is accountable for preparing for regular project reviews and monitors cost control, cash flow, revenues, profit, gross margin, opportunities, and cost variances
  • Manages invoicing, back-charging, currency hedging, bonds, guarantees, and tax matters for the assigned projects with support from relevant departments and specialists
  • You will be responsible for accurate reporting of the project balance sheet and income statement and update into controlling tools also drive and seek optimization of project cash flow, revenues, and gross margin contribution in collaboration with the Project Manager
