仕事内容:

This role is responsible for leading the finance and general affairs (GA) functions for the Japan entity. This is a pivotal position that requires close collaboration with the Global HQ and various internal/external stakeholders to build and optimize the company's operational foundations.

業務内容:

  • Prepare monthly and annual profit and loss (P&L) statements
  • Manage business forecasting and monitor sales and expense performance
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for local and HQ teams
  • Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoices, and expense processing
  • Develop and maintain company regulations and work rules
  • Lead the creation of budgets and mid-term management plans

  • 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices with experience in emergency evacuation procedures and drill coordination.

  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders while acting as Client's single point of contact for strategy implementation and escalation
  • Spearhead Client's process for business approval in the region while communicating and driving compliance in data capture for reporting systems
  • Manage site budget, spending and variance while working closely with Finance Manager to maintain data accuracy in finance area
  • Guide IFM team and ensure they deliver operation on time and in budget with required standards for site operation and data quality
  • Promote continuous quality monitoring and drive improvement on operation and documentation while ensuring best practices compliance
  • Support all Emergency related activities including training operations, support staff and contractors while monitoring their activities
  • Report necessary updates on evacuation drill related activities to regional team while working with site FMs to conduct planned annual drills
  • Collaborate with Transaction team to manage real estate transactions including acquisition of leasehold in buildings while developing strategic portfolio planning.
