新規開業ホテルのファイナンスディレクターとして、財務戦略と運営を統括。総支配人に直属し、会計、調達、内部統制、システム管理、チーム育成を含む財務部門の全責任を担い、持続可能な成功と健全な財務計画を推進します。

業務内容:

  • 開業前および開業後の財務戦略立案
  • 予算、予測、調達および財務報告管理
  • 地元税法、社内規定、各種規制の遵守
  • 内部統制、監査、リスク管理体制構築
  • クラウド型システム等のデジタル変革
  • 財務・情報システム部門の採用・育成

応募資格:

  • 財務、会計、または関連分野の学士号または同等の資格
  • ライフスタイルまたはラグジュアリーブランドホテルにおける経理部長Director / 経理部副部長またはAssistant Director of Financeとしての実務経験（最低2年）
  • ホテルの開業準備経験があれば尚可
  • 優れたリーダーシップ、分析力、戦略的思考力
  • 財務システム、税制、内部統制に関する深い理解
  • 地方自治体や監督官庁、外部監査機関との円滑なコミュニケーション能力と対応力
  • 日本語と英語の流暢な会話・読み書き能力

  • Support monthly Japan Health and Safety committee legally
  • Lead Japan & Korea recruitment process with internal talent strategy
  • Support HR shared service education for Japan local labor, payroll related matter
