Supercomputer and peripheral equipment construction and implementation
On-site maintenance support based on customer maintenance contracts (SLA)
Maintenance support including next business day response, 24/365 support
応募資格:
Linux server or Windows server system construction, operation, or maintenance experience (2+ years)
Communication skills to build good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
English (technical document reading, email communication)

Supercomputer or medium-to-large Linux cluster system maintenance experience
Linux system construction or technical support experience
Network (L2 network, InfiniBand) and storage (RAID, GlusterFS) basic knowledge and experience
