As the Facility Manager, you will be the key individual responsible for the seamless operation and security of our client's facilities in Japan. Ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all employees while collaborating with various teams, both locally and internationally.

Lead facility maintenance and repair, including vendor management and contract negotiations
Oversee office security systems and protocols, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets
Develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace safety and emergency preparedness
Manage office space allocation and optimize the layout for maximum efficiency
Manage and coordinate company vehicles
Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with company-wide standards and best practices

10+ years of experience in facility management, ideally within a multinational corporation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
