Lead and grow a dynamic engineering team in a fast-paced FinTech environment. Our client is a leading FinTech company known for its innovative payment solutions and commitment to technological advancement. 業務内容:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • Develop and execute the technical strategy for the engineering team, aligning with the overall product vision
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment
  • Collaborate with product management and design teams to define and refine product requirements
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of the business and users
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the FinTech industry

応募資格:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring engineering teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Deep understanding of software design principles and best practices
  • Expert knowledge of Java or other relevant programming languages
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with payment processing systems is a plus
  • Fluent Japanese and English communication skills

  • Overall Technical responsibility of facilities service delivery for the Engineering Command Centre
  • To manage comprehensive engineering and facilities management services
  • Assists the Engineering Manager and works with staff and make certain they qualified and trained to perform the duties they are expected to carry out
  • Assists in the performance of installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and power generation equipment and systems
  • Operates systems in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures
  • To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the clients and Assistant Regional Engineering Manager/Senior Engineering Manager
  • Delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management Agreement SLA

  • Management of direct / indirect staff in the performance of onsite engineering services and related programs
  • Service delivery in accordance with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between JLL and Client
  • Initiate and maintain a system to measure the quality of performance when needed
  • Preparation of internal / external engineering service reports when necessary
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for engineering services and critical environments
  • Compliance with all SOPs and related controls
  • Provide technical training, quality control and instruction to local JLL service delivery teams
  • Subject matter expert for critical environments and general building engineering services
  • Provide emergency / non-emergency response support for engineering related incidents
