Engineering Manager

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
• Develop and execute the technical strategy for the engineering team, aligning with the overall product vision
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to define and refine product requirements
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of the business and users
• Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the FinTech industry

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Deep understanding of software design principles and best practices
• Expert knowledge of Java or other relevant programming languages
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with payment processing systems is a plus
• Fluent Japanese and English communication skills
