AHJ is one of the largest Customer Center Design Office dedicated to Airbus Helicopters customizations. Its engineering department studies and develops various modifications and specific solutions for the Japanese domestic market and the Asia region. The proposed internship is for Aerospace students the opportunity to have valuable work experience in a technical business unit of the leading helicopter manufacturer with global reach.
業務内容:
Management of customization offers’ engineering aspects
Assessment of technical specifications and compliance matrix
Definition of design specification and feasibility / architecture studies
Interface with Vendors, Customer Support, Marketing, Design Office, Strategic Procurement and Suppliers
Management of instrumented ground and flight tests
Preparation of Flight Test Plans and Reports
Interface with Pilots, Airworthiness Office and Design Office
Feasibility study for structural design
To design interfaces between helicopters and equipment and structural drawing creation
To prepare all documents necessary for the design, the installation and the certification of the system into the Helicopter
To prepare, participate all design review part or AHJ development process
To apply airworthiness rules as well as internal standards
To specify and select avionics equipment and system fitting requirements - interface and exchanges with suppliers
To design interfaces between helicopters and equipment/system and electrical drawing creation
Get familiarized with airworthiness regulations and requirements
Handle certification/qualification activities (STC) as airworthiness engineer
Define and coordinate certification/qualification strategy within engineering team
Prepare certification plan means of compliance proposals
Prepare explanation and negotiation materials to authorities
Maintain design and certification process
Coordinate for design organization approvals
応募資格:
Fluent in English or Japanese with excellent communication skills
Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
Students currently enrolled in a school in Japan (primarily targeting those graduating in 2028)
Proactive attitude with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across various departments
Able to work for at least one month during the internship period
