The role of facility management is indispensable for the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring safety, comfort, and enhancing customer satisfaction, while playing a crucial role in maintaining the building and facilities.

業務内容:

Facility Maintenance Management: Plan and execute maintenance of facilities and equipment
Establishment and execution of regular inspection schedules
Prioritization and coordination of maintenance tasks
Measures against Mold Growth Due to the Unique Seasonal Humidity in Okinawa
Maintain and control the quality of drinking water and pool water
Equipment repair and Facility Repair: Creating and reporting records regarding repairs
Quality management of repair operations
Prompt response to equipment failures
Equipment maintenance: Evaluation and optimization of cost-effectiveness for maintenance tasks
Collection and analysis of data related to maintenance operations
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery
Facility Safety Management / Natural Disasters: Reinforce the seismic resistance of buildings and strengthen disaster prevention facilities
Raise awareness of the risks and accidents associated with machinery
Install appropriate safety guards on machinery
Fire Safety: Identify appropriate fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, emergency exits
Regularly conduct fire drills and evacuation exercises
Development and implementation of evacuation plans
Emergency Response: Establish appropriate emergency contact points
Contact emergency response agencies
Conduct guidance on evacuation routes
Facility Budget Management: Manage the budget necessary for the operation of the facility
Conduct estimates and surveys related to facility expenses
Allocate the budget effectively
Coordination with External Vendors: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors
Scrutinize whether the estimated costs are appropriate
Maintain relationships with external vendors
Building an emergency communication system: Establish a communication system to swiftly share information
Secure external emergency contact points
Energy Efficiency, Environmental Consideration, and Community Contribution: Implement initiatives to improve the energy efficiency
Actively participate in activities aimed at preserving the marine environment
Proactively engage in planned activities such as local area clean-ups
Quality control: Ensure quality control to ensure that equipment is always operated in good condition
Maintain and improve facilities
Management and training of staff: Supervise, mentor and train facilities management staff
Comply with occupational health and safety regulations
Inventory management: Acquire necessary tools and power tools
Create a tool inventory ledger
Ensure availability of parts, materials
Procurement tasks: Maintain records by using purchase requisition forms
Verify delivery receipts
Issue work requests to external contractors
Help Desk Operations: Prioritize requests from other departments
Undergo basic training from other departments

応募資格:

At least 8 years of management experience in a similar position is desirable
Required to speak, read and write both Japanese and English
