This is a position where you can plan and conduct research based on design thinking and HCD (Human-Centered Design), and introduce new service creation schemes. We welcome applications from those who want to improve their skills while practicing design thinking and HCD, and those who have a perspective to enhance the value of services, not limited to UI design.

応募資格:

  • Experience industry: Not specified (2+ years of professional work experience required)
  • Experience - Essential Requirements (Experience Designer): At least one of the following (1+ years of practical experience): Project experience utilizing design thinking or HCD
  • Basic knowledge of user research (depth interviews, questionnaire design, qualitative analysis, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of service design and business design
  • Experience - Essential Requirements (UI Designer & UX Strategist): At least one of the following (3+ years of practical experience): UI design experience for web/applications (preferably with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
  • Ability to understand business goals and create UI designs considering UX
  • Wireframe/prototype creation skills
