仕事内容:

Lead a dynamic team and build a thriving culture for a global leader in medical device innovation. 業務内容:

Lead a team, designing a 3-5 year roadmap for demand planning
Cultivate a positive team culture, ensuring compliance and acting as a representative in internal/external audits
Own and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve year-over-year results
Play a key role in designing and leading the SI&OP process, aligning demand plans with stakeholders
Develop a 3-5 year Demand Planning Team Roadmap
Manage and mentor a team of demand planning professionals
Build a high-performing team culture
Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders
Ensure team compliance and act as a representative in internal/external audits
Own and drive improvements in key Demand Planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, DIOH, EEO$, and % vs Revenue)
Design and lead the SI&OP process
Recruit and retain top talent in demand planning
Provide support and guidance to the Supply Chain Director

応募資格:

5+ years of experience in Demand Planning and leadership/management roles
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience implementing/leading SI&OP processes
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly demand planning, including statistical forecasting
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive consensus
Strong leadership skills and ability to make quick, data-driven decisions
Excellent teamwork and negotiation skills
Business-level English and Japanese language proficiency

歓迎条件:

Experience with RapidResponse or similar planning systems is a plus
Experience in Marketing, Sales Strategy, or FP&A is a plus
