業務内容

  • Strategic Business Partnering & Actionable Insights: Act as a trusted analytics partner for stakeholders, delivering high-quality, actionable insights to solve commercial challenges. This includes scenario modeling, forecasting, and contributing to business case development for strategic projects
  • Commercial Deep Dives & Experimentation: Conduct rigorous analysis on drivers of profitability, product mix, and pricing elasticity. Proactively identify top-line growth and efficiency opportunities, and design, implement, and statistically evaluate A/B tests and pilots to generate business-ready recommendations for scaling initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Reliability: Work closely with the DS/AI team to inform model development and validate results. Ensure timely execution within an Agile framework, drive continuous process improvement through automation, and actively monitor and collaborate with Data Engineering/Governance teams to enhance data quality and reliability of all analytics deliverables

応募資格

  • Extensive Commercial Analytics Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in analytics/business intelligence roles, with a proven track record of supporting commercial teams by conducting deep-dive analysis, delivering actionable insights, and leading A/B testing/pilots
  • Advanced Data Querying and Visualization: Expertise in advanced SQL (specifically with Snowflake) for data manipulation and strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and self-service analytics
  • Statistical Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python (specifically with Databricks) for exploratory data analysis and statistical testing (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression)
