業務内容

Collect, analyze, research, plan, and propose property/investment information according to customer needs
Brokerage business and arrangement of equity investment contracts
Acquisition and analysis of data center real estate market information
Creation/analysis of financial models for investment introduction cases, verification of investment returns, and creation of introduction materials
Selection and introduction of properties/investment projects, on-site guidance, etc.
Preparation of real estate sales contracts, important matters explanations, equity investment contracts, and other contracts
Overall delivery work
Negotiation of terms and related tasks
Collaborate with the Capital Markets Division Manager and Data Center Business Promotion Office Manager to strengthen/promote the company's data center business
Risk assessment and due diligence in data center real estate transactions
Strengthen relationships with investors, data center operators, and related industry companies/organizations
Strengthen the competitiveness of the company's data center business through information gathering on market trends and related transactions and competitor analysis
Support planning, coordination, and preparation for various events hosted by the Data Center Promotion Office

Experience in the real estate industry (real estate broker, developer, asset management company)
Background in data center real estate transactions is desirable
Flexibility and a sense of speed, able to work proactively
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
Minimum skill set to understand real estate investment income models
Team player with high communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
English communication skills (reading/writing emails, participating in/leading meetings in English)
