  • Proven experience analyzing vehicle sales performance data, including loan and lease data, to evaluate business initiatives and improve sales strategies
  • Strong ability to aggregate and analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear reports and recommendations for senior management
  • Hands-on experience leading analytics or BI projects, including requirements definition and dashboard development using tools such as Tableau
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (business level or above)
