業務内容:
Lead customer service operations, ensuring excellence in order taking, communication, delivery monitoring, and invoicing
Supervise customer service team members in daily operations
Execute customer service process enhancements and transformation initiatives
Support customer collaboration initiatives with the sales team and customers
Support sales initiatives, such as trade term projects and system enhancements
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve supply chain processes, particularly in logistics
Contribute to team engagement activities and discussions
Manage the engagement of contractors and temporary staff
応募資格:
Bachelor's degree
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ preferred)
Experience in order-taking operations (FMCG industry preferred)
Supervisory experience with temporary/contract staff
Experience with SAP order management systems (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and results-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
