Lead the development and execution of a dynamic CRM strategy for a prestigious luxury fashion brand. Be the driving force behind initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty by leveraging data analysis, managing the CRM database, and developing targeted campaigns. Collaborate in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

業務内容:

  • Lead the development and execution of the company's CRM strategy
  • Develop and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and usability
  • Conduct data analysis to identify customer segments and inform targeted marketing campaigns
  • Create customer journeys and activation plans to nurture brand loyalty and drive repeat purchases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, retail, IT) to ensure seamless implementation of CRM initiatives
  • Report on key CRM KPIs to stakeholders

応募資格:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM role within the fashion or luxury retail industry
  • Proven ability to extract, analyze, and interpret customer data to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience developing and executing successful CRM campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience with email marketing tools and segmentation
  • Strong proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
