Lead the development and execution of the company's CRM strategy
Develop and manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and usability
Conduct data analysis to identify customer segments and inform targeted marketing campaigns
Create customer journeys and activation plans to nurture brand loyalty and drive repeat purchases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, retail, IT) to ensure seamless implementation of CRM initiatives
Report on key CRM KPIs to stakeholders

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM role within the fashion or luxury retail industry
