CRM & Marketing Specialist

• Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, etc.)
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Create engaging marketing content and materials
• Track and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
• Support PR initiatives by handling sample requests and media inquiries

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in CRM and/or marketing, ideally within the fashion or retail industry
• Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Business-level English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
• A passion for fashion and a creative approach to marketing
