Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, etc.)
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Create engaging marketing content and materials
Track and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
Support PR initiatives by handling sample requests and media inquiries
応募資格:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in CRM and/or marketing, ideally within the fashion or retail industry
Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Business-level English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
