応募資格:

ITベンダーもしくはSIerにおいて、メインフレームモダナイゼーションの提案経験、もしくはそれらを踏まえたソリューションの提案、営業の経験を3年以上お持ちの方（社内グループ企業への営業は除く）
お客様の要件を整理し、エンジニアと連携しながら適切な解決策を整理、提案できること
プロジェクトリーダーないしはエンジニアとしてのメインフレーム経験があり、今後技術営業として積極的に学んでいこうという意欲のある方

IBMのメインフレーム製品に関する経験および知識
ワークショップ等のファシリテーション、プレゼンテーションスキル
プロジェクトマネジメント、チームマネジメント経験
