Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) is an organization that supports customers in continuously creating business value through Microsoft's products and services. It is responsible for company-wide services including consulting, customer success, and support, and leads AI-driven customer transformation. This position is a Cloud Solution Architect who supports customers' AI transformation from both technical and business perspectives in the AI solution area centered on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Chat. The role is to provide technical support, architecture creation, and technical assistance for AI agent development to customers with Unified Support contracts.

Support the creation of business value using AI agents
Organize customer issues and help concretize AI agent solutions leading to high ROI
Build AI agent architecture
Utilize expertise in Copilot prompt design and agent construction to support the advancement and scaling of AI utilization
Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio
Promote Customer Success using Microsoft 365 Copilot
Collaborate with business and technical decision makers to support the introduction and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat
Identify and realize opportunities for additional proposals and value expansion in collaboration with the Unified Support sales team and Microsoft 365 Copilot pre-sales team
Share knowledge through internal and external community activities
Promote the creation and use of reusable deliverables and knowledge
Provide customer-centric feedback
Return customer voices and success stories to the company
Contribute to improving strategy and execution through feedback to headquarters engineering
Continuously improve technical skills
Maintain technical expertise in AI agents, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and change management in line with Customer Success priorities
応募資格
Computer science, information technology, engineering, business, liberal arts, or related field bachelor's degree
7+ years of practical experience in cloud/infrastructure technology, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, architecture, consulting
Business-level Japanese skills

Experience building AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio, or experience providing technical support to customers
Knowledge and implementation experience of AI agents in other vendor platforms
Experience in AI application or AI agent architecture design, construction, or technical support for customers
Practical experience as a project lead or team leader involving multiple members/departments in application design
Long-term practical experience in the above fields (bachelor's degree + 12+ years, or master's degree + 8+ years)
