仕事内容:

The position involves the management of channel sales for substation equipment and heavy electrical components with a focus on creating value propositions, setting targets, monitoring market trends, and developing account relationships. You will coordinate sales strategies, evaluate and certify partners, and contribute to marketing efforts.

業務内容:

  • Formalize the value propositions for segments, channels, and applications including external and internal messaging
  • Monitor competitors’ activity and market trends
  • Define key targets aligned with the global strategy
  • Create added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy by ensuring a coordinated sales approach
  • Develop account relationships based on a defined segment strategy
  • Identify and evaluate partners together with the LSM and global management team
  • Certify and train partners in specific aspects of marketing and sales
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts and pricing policies

応募資格:

  • Channel sales experience of substation equipment in general, or components for making substation equipment or in Heavy Electrical Equipment
  • Business level English, able to conduct meetings in English
  • High fluency or native level Japanese fluency
