アプリケーションエンジニアの業務内容は、発電所の仕様・要求事項の分析、技術的提案、技術的な質問への対応、日本向け製品の開発(技術仕様の特定、本国との調整)、営業部門の支援などです。以下のような活動を通して、製品の販売促進に貢献します。

業務内容

発電所の仕様・要求事項の分析、技術的提案、技術的な質問への対応、日本向け製品の開発(技術仕様の特定、本国との調整)、営業部門の支援
テクニカルスペシャリストとして、電話・電子メール・対面ミーティングによる技術的質問への顧客サポート
顧客および電力会社の系統連系要件の理解と、適切な製品・サービスの提案
営業部門との連携による顧客ニーズの総合理解
既存顧客や潜在的な新規顧客とのミーティング時に使用する営業資料の作成への貢献
競合他社の分析と、分析結果に基づく製品・ソリューションの技術的優位性の提案、顧客向け提案資料の作成によるマーケティング資料作成への貢献
マーケティング部門・ソーラーアカデミー担当者との協力による社内外技術トレーニングの作成・提供
業界会議・展示会への参加(必要に応じて)
顧客や電力会社からの要求事項の解釈・判断の担保
経営陣が定義するその他のタスク

応募資格

大学の学位又はこれに準ずる知識及び経験
産業用電気製品に関わる3年以上の関連業務経験
必要な英語能力 – TOEIC 650点以上
日本語 – ネイティブレベル
