Develop and execute the organization’s AI strategy in alignment with business goals, driving innovation and growth through collaboration with senior leadership
Lead and mentor the AI team while partnering with Data, Engineering, Product, and Business units to embed AI solutions across the organization
Oversee budget, compliance, and ethical AI practices while advancing research and exploring new AI opportunities for continuous improvement

Advanced degree in AI-related fields with 8+ years in AI and 4+ years in leadership, leading large-scale AI projects and teams
Deep knowledge of AI technologies (ML, NLP, CV, data analytics)
Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java)
Experience with Azure Databricks
Ability to align AI initiatives with business goals
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
