本ポジションは、日本を代表する大企業の経営層および業務部門・IT部門のリーダーと連携し、 AIを活用した“業務変革”を通じて、組織の生産性向上や意思決定の高度化といった 経営アジェンダの実現をビジネス視点でリードいただくソリューションセールスロールです。 Microsoft 365 Copilot をはじめとするAIソリューションの導入を通じて、 顧客の業務プロセス変革および組織全体の生産性向上を支援し、 中長期的なビジネス変革の実現に向けたパートナーとして顧客との関係構築を担っていただきます。 As a Solution Area Specialist, you will engage with business and IT leaders across enterprise accounts to identify strategic challenges and recommend AI-powered solutions that drive operational efficiency and business outcomes. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business and industry acumen, and build expertise in solution-based selling aligned to executive priorities. You will also gain experience managing end-to-end engagements, from opportunity development through to value realization. This role offers a flexible hybrid work environment, enabling you to work both remotely and from the office.
業務内容:
Engage with enterprise business and IT stakeholders to identify strategic challenges and align AI-driven solutions with customer priorities
Drive solution selling engagements centered on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI technologies to achieve business outcomes
Develop and execute account strategies that support long-term customer success and digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with internal technical teams, partners, and Global Black Belts (GBBs) to create and advance opportunities
Position Microsoft solutions effectively by understanding competitive offerings and articulating differentiated value propositions
Manage pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and value realization planning
Lead customer engagement beyond opportunity development through to post-deployment value realization
